Account and Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your Shirkati account and your company's data. It works in any browser, without installing the app and without signing in.
1. How to request deletion
-
From inside the app
Open Settings → “Privacy & account” and tap “Request deletion by email” under “Delete account and data”. The app opens an email to us containing your company name and number; send it as is.
-
Or by email — without the app
From the same Google account email you use to sign in, write to hypercare.rivora@gmail.com with the subject “Account and data deletion request”, and include your company number if you know it.
-
We verify and confirm
Sending from your registered email is what proves the account is yours; we ask for nothing else. We confirm receipt, then confirm when deletion is complete.
-
Deletion is completed within 30 days
Our support team deletes your data manually within 30 days of receiving the request. If you own the company, the whole company is deleted; if you are a member, your account is deleted and removed from it, and the company's records stay with its owner.
Uninstalling the app does not delete your account
Uninstalling removes only the copy on your device; the company remains on the server. To keep anything, export your reports and statements (CSV or PDF) from the app first — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, and the company's license ends with it.
2. What is deleted
| Data | Action | When |
|---|---|---|
| Your account: name, email, profile photo, memberships | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Company details: name, phone, address, country, currency, logo and stamp | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Business records: products, stores, customers, invoices, installments, collections, cash boxes, expenses, suppliers, including “Deleted” | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Employee records: names, phones, salaries, attendance, advances | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Photos and attached files | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| Device ID and model, operation log, license and trial records | Permanently deleted | Within 30 days |
| The copy on your device | You delete it on your device: Android Settings → Apps → Shirkati → “Clear data”, then “Uninstall” | By you, on your device |
3. What is retained, and for how long
We keep none of your account or company data after deletion is complete. The only exception: Backup copies of deleted data may remain for up to 30 days, then are deleted automatically. These copies are used only to restore the service after a failure.
4. Deleting some data without deleting your account
- In the app: delete a customer, invoice, product or other record from its screen. It moves to “Deleted” so it can be restored if you made a mistake.
- To permanently erase specific data — for example a customer's or employee's details at their request — email us from your registered address with what to erase and your company number. We erase it within 30 days; your account and other data remain.
5. If you used an older version (before 2.0)
Versions before 2.0 — when the app was called “Moamalat” — could upload backups to your own Google Drive. Those are in your account, not ours: delete the Moamalat Backups folder in Google Drive and remove the app's access in your Google account settings.
